 Ingredients

  • 6 t-sp Yuzu honey
  • 12g Agar jelly 
  • 3 cups Water

  1. Place the agar jelly in a pot of temputure water for at least 30 mins
  2. Boil 3 cups of water and add in the agar jelly
  3. Stir throughly and remove from heat once the agar jelly has melted
  4. Add the yuzu honey
  5. Prepare some containers or baking cups
  6. Pour the mixtre to the container
  7. Place them into a fridge when they have cooled down
  8. Ready to serve after an hour in fridge
