Ingredients
- 1 Soba noodle
Sauce and seasoning
- 2 t-sp Soy sauce
- 8 tb-sp Dashi (or mix 2 tb-sp bonito sauce with 1/2 cup of water)
- 1 tb-sp Mirin
Steps by step
- Heat a pot of water and boil the soba for 2 minutes (depends on the instruction from the packing)
- Rinse with cold water and put aside
- Prepare a small pot with low medium heat
- Pour in the sauce and mix them well
- Combine the soup and soba
