  • 3-4 Peppers
  • 1 Aubergine
  • 250g Crab meat
  • 250g Smashed fish 
  • 2 Egg white


  Sauce and seasoning

  • 2 Egg york
  • 1 tb-sp Corn starch
  • 1 t-sp Salt
  • 1 t-sp White peppers
  • 1 t-sp Fish sauce

1. Rainse the vegetables and chop them into bite size


2. Prepare some fresh crab meat (optional) and smashed fish in a mixing bowl, mix them well with salt, white peppers , corn starch and egg white

3. Make sure the mixture is sticky enough to be filled in the vegetables


4. Prepare a table spoon, and filled the chopped vegetables with the mixture

5. Place them into a air fryer (6 mins with 200°C)

6. Prepare a small bowl, mix the egg york and fish sauce to prepare for dipping

7. Once the 'treasures' are cooked, you're ready to serve

* It is difficult to find Mud crap (鯪魚肉) in London, so I have decided to create my own stuffing with smashed haddock and crab meat. 

1. Remove the fish skin carefully
