  • 2 pieces Lime leaves
  • 2 pieces Lemongrass
  • 2 chillies
  • 3 pieces Garlic 
  • 3 pieces Ginger
  • 4 stalks Thai basil
  • 6 stalks Coriander
  • 500g Minced pork
  • 2 Lettuce (Romaine Hearts)


  Sauce and seasoning

  • 1 t-sp Sugar
  • 2 tb-sp Oil 
  • 2 tb-sp Soy sauce
  • 5 tb-sp Fish sauce

1. Chop the garlic and chillies and put aside

2. Chop the herbs and put in a separate plate

3. Heat a pan with oil, add the garlic, ginger and chillies 

4. Add the minced pork with the sauces and sugar, and stir-fry to medium-well

5. Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining herbs for 2 mins

6. Raise the lettuce and spoon the pork into the lettuce leaves
