  • 4 Corn-fed chicken legs (or 6 thighs)
  • 1/2 cup Cloud ears
  • 10 Lily buds
  • 3-5 Red dates
  • 1/4 cup Goji


  Sauce and seasoning

  • 3 tb-sp Soy sauce
  • 2 tb-sp Sesame oil
  • 2 tb-sp Xiaoxing wine

1. Wash the cloud ears and lily buds, and place them in a medium bowl with boiled water for at least 30 mins before you start cooking

2. Chop the chicken into bite-size and marinate with the sauce

3. Wash the red dates and goji

4. Mix the ingredients carefully and place evenly on a plate

5. Steam for 20 mins and you're ready to serve
