  • 500g Corn fed chicken thighs/ legs


  Sauce and seasoning

  • 1 tb-sp Sesame
  • 2 tb-sp Soy sauce
  • 2 tb-sp Salted chicken powder
  • 3 tb-sp Sesame oil

1. Place the chicken in a pot with water and bring it to boil

2. Once it boiled, remove from heat and leave it aside for another 15 mins (DO NOT OPEN THE COVER)

3. Heat up a pan with sesame until it turns into light golden brown colour

4. Prepare the rest of the sauce and seasoning in a plate

5. Rinse the chicken with cold water for 2 mins and shred them into finger size

6. Add the chicken and sesame to the plate

7. Mix them well and sprinkle some spring onion to light the dish up
