Ingredients
- 500g Corn-fed chicken thighs
- 6 Eggs (We loves egg!)
- 1 Onion
Sauce and seasoning
- 1/4 cup Japanese bonito sauce
- 2 tb-sp Mirin
Steps by step
- Chopped the thighs and onion into bite-sized pieces
- Mixed the eggs in a seperate bowl
- Heat up a pan with 2 tea spoon of oil

Stir-fry the chicken til golden colour (80% cooked), and place them in a seperate bowl

Stir-fry the onion til golden yellow, then pour in the sauces and add the thighs in

Mix them well for another 2 mins (caramelised is perfect!!!)

Remove from heat/ turn off the fire, pour in the mixed eggs and place a cover for 2 mins
- Prepare a bowl of rice, place a layer of chicken-egg mixture on top
- You're ready to taste the best Japanese-don
Step's secret tips:
It is the best to use corn-fed thighs, but normal skinless thighs/ breast can do
