This is absoultely optional for beef, chicken or pork. These are the beef we ususally have for Korean grill:

Beef Bavette/ Beef Fillet / Chunk/ Flat Iron/ Rump steak

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1cup Kimchi
  • 1/2 cup Sweet corn
  • 1 cup Grated mozzarella


  Sauce and seasoning

  • Korean/ Japanese sesame oil
  • Soy sauce
  • Kimchi

1. Mix the cheese and sweet corn in a medium bowl

2. Diced the kimchi into tiny pieces

3. Beat up the eggs and mix with the kimchi

4. Add the kimchi-egg mixture to the side of the pot

5. Add the sweet corn and chesses mixture the another

6. You are ready to grill in the middle of the pot
