  • 1 piece of Japanese silken tofu
  • 2 staks Spring onion (thinly sliced)
  • 2 t-sp grated ginger 


  Sauce and seasoning

  • 2 tb-sp Oil 
  • 5 tb-sp Soy sauce (Kombu Kelp Tsuyu)

1. Put the tofu on a serving dish and top the tofu with ginger and spring onion 

2. Heat up a small pan with oil

3. Pour the boiling oil onto the tofu

4. Add the Soy souce and you're ready to serve
