 Ingredients

  • 20 Cornfed chicken wings

 

  Sauce and seasoning

  • 3 tb-sp Honey
  • 2 tb-sp Fermented red bean curd
  • 2 tb-sp Soy sauce
  • 1 tb-sp Xiaoxing wine

1. Rainse the chicken wings and place in a big box/ container

2. Mix the sauce with the chicken wings

3. Place in the fridge for at least 5 hours (overnight is suggested)

4. Pre-heat the oven at 200°C

5. Place the chicken wings into the oven for 30 mins (flip over after the first 15 mins and add the remaining sauce)

6. You're ready to serve
