  • 1 pack Yuba/ 1 box Deep-fried Beancurd Crust (#響铃卷)
  • 2 stems Spring onion
  • 3 tb-sp Garlic mash
  • 1 tb-sp Red chilli


  Sauce and seasoning

  • 1 t-sp Sugar
  • 3 tb-sp Chinese sweet vinegar
  • 2 tb-sp Soy sauce

1. Boil a pot of water

2. Cook the yuba* for 2 mins or beancurd crust for 5 seconds with the boiling water

3. Remove excess of water and place in a plate

4. Heat up a pan with 3 tb-sp oil

5. Pour the oil to a bowl with sugar, spring onion, garlic and chilli

6. Add the sauce in and mix well 

7. Pour the sauce onto the yuba and you're ready to serve

* If you are using dried-yuba (left hand side) from Chinese supermarket, you are suggested to place them in some temputure water at least 2 hours before yo cook
