Ingredients
- 2 Bagels/ toasts
- 2 Classic Vine Tomatoes
- 400g Baked beans
- 4 eggs
- 4 pieces Hash browns
Sauce and seasoning
- 1 t-sp of olive oil
- 1/4 cup milk
Steps by step
1. Beat eggs, milk, a tiny bit salt and pepper in medium bowl until blended
2. Place the Hash browns into the oven under 180° for 5 mins
3. Heat butter in large non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot
4. Pour in egg mixture. As eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds
5. Continue cooking—pulling, lifting and folding eggs—until thickened and no visible liquid egg remains
6. Add the olive oil to the pan in middle-high heat, and pour the baked beans
7. Stir constantly for 20 seconds
8. Decorate your plate with all ingredients, and you're all set
