  • 1 piece of Japanese silken tofu
  • 2 century eggs
  • stalks coriander


  Sauce and seasoning

  • 3 t-sp Lao Gan Ma (Chinese Chili Sauce)

1. Diced the century eggs into smaller bite-sized pieces

2. Crumble the coriander and mixed with the century eggs

3. Unbox the tofu and place it in a small plate

4. Place the ingredients on top of the tofu

5. Add the Chili sauce

6. Heat up a pan with 4 tb-sp of oil

7. Pour on the tofu and it smells really good
