Ingredients
- 2 t-sp Chia seeds
- 2 tb-sp Condensed milk (or 2 tb-sp Vanilla ice cream)
- 2/3 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup milk of choice (I personally prefer Soy milk)

Steps by step
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth
Step's secret tips:
If you love pudding, simply add 2 extra table spoon of Chia seeds and rest in the fridge for 60 mins.
