Ingredients
- 10 psc Chicken wings
- 1 t-sp Black sesame
Sauce and seasoning
- 3 t-sp Soy sauce
- 1 t-sp Chicken stock
- 1 t-sp Garlic salt
- 1 t-sp Sugar
- 2 t-sp Cumin powder
- 1 t-sp Black pepper (Grounded)
- 2 tb-sp Five-spice powder
Steps by step
- Wash the wings throughly and pick the remaining hair
- Seperate the drumpstick and the wings apart, or keep it as a whole (optional)
- Mixed the sauce and seasonings in a mixing bowl
- Place the wings in the bowl by making sure they are cover with a nice layer of sauce
- Wait at least 30 minutes for marination
- Place the wings in an air-fryer (30 minutes)
- Sprinkle some black sesame to finish the dish

It is the best to have overnight marination, which gives the process of soaking wings in a seasoned
